REFUND POLICY
Recruitment Technical Manpower Solutions (RTMS Group)
RTMS Group strives to provide transparent and professional recruitment services to both employers and candidates. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be applicable.
1. Employer Refund Policy
Recruitment fees paid to RTMS Group are generally non-refundable once a candidate has joined the organization.
In cases where a selected candidate leaves within the applicable 90-Day Free Replacement Period, RTMS Group will provide a replacement candidate at no additional recruitment fee instead of a monetary refund.
No refund shall be provided if:
The employer withdraws the position after recruitment activities have commenced.
The employer delays the hiring process or fails to communicate hiring decisions.
The employer changes job requirements, compensation structure, work location, or employment conditions after candidate submission.
The candidate is terminated due to layoffs, restructuring, business closure, project cancellation, or other employer-related reasons.
Resume review charges, profile-sharing charges, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
2. Candidate Refund Policy
Freshers
Placement service fees paid by candidates are non-refundable once the candidate joins the employer organization.
If a candidate voluntarily withdraws after accepting an offer or fails to join the employer, any fees already paid shall not be refunded.
Experienced Candidates
Service charges become payable after the first salary credit.
Once the service charge has been paid, it shall be non-refundable.
No refund shall be provided if the candidate resigns voluntarily or is terminated due to misconduct, policy violations, or performance-related issues.
3. Duplicate or Excess Payments
In the event of an accidental duplicate payment or excess payment, RTMS Group will verify the transaction and process the eligible refund within 7–15 business days through the original payment method.
4. Cancellation of Services
Recruitment assignments may be cancelled by either party before candidate selection; however, any work already completed, administrative expenses, profile-sharing charges, or agreed service fees shall remain payable and non-refundable.
5. Force Majeure
Refunds shall not be applicable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond the reasonable control of RTMS Group, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, labor disputes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
6. Final Decision
RTMS Group reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
The management's decision regarding refund eligibility shall be final and binding.
