Basic communication and convincing skills
Experience in tele calling /sales preferred but freshers can apply
Basic mobile/WhatsApp handling and record keeping
Polite, patient, and target-oriented attitude.
Call existing and potential customers to share product details and offers
Follow up with retailers and clients for orders and payments
Maintain call records and update customer data
Support the sales team in generating leads and repeat orders
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
